2 years agoA group of friends and I selected this restaurant on a recent trip to Miami. The way you order from this Kitchen Lab was a new experience for us. All seating is outdoor or there is take away / delivery options too. We were all in agreement that the food was excellent and bountiful. We also had the opportunity to meet the brothers who own the restaurant. One of whom is also the chef. They were so incredibly friendly and helpful in assisting us through the menu. Their hospitality and beautiful personalities, was exceptional.

2 years agoWonderful oxtail paella, fried shrimp, and tortilla (Spanish omelette)! I thoroughly enjoyed both the well-presented food and the awesome service!

2 years agoI would leave 10 stars if I could. I ordered a paella for 4 people for my husband's birthday. Daniel answered the phone and took my order. Not only was he very nice but also took the time to explain everything in detail. The presentation was unique and both dishes were delicious with an authentic Spaniard cuisine flavor. Not easy to find a place in Miami that has not only great food but outstanding customer service. We will go there for sure to try more of Don Enrique's food.

3 years agoAmazing food! The best paella in all Miami. I have tasted many paellas (I am from Spain) and I can confidently say the ones from Don Enrique are delicious!

3 years agoWe just happened upon this ghost kitchen spot, and we’re so glad we did! Has the best paella since my trip to Spain, they brought wonderful olive oil with bread out, and the owner was SO kind. They have an outdoor seating area where you can place your order, and the food can be brought out to you, which is awesome. We had the fried shrimp, sea Paella, which we got a 2 for 1 serving with their promo, “Big Sister”. It was a beautiful day, with beautiful food, and when I’m back in Miami, I’ll be returning!

3 years agoAmazing quality, flavor and packaging! It’s refreshing to find a company that places so much effort on refining every detail of their product! Great option for friends and family gatherings, delivery was on time, food was great and loved the fact that they send the fideuás/paellas on the actual metal dish they prepare it on!

3 years agoAbsolutely Delicious! Starting with the amazing presentation. Every paella comes in its own pan with a beautiful box, delicious olive oil, and a baguette. The taste is like no other. Genuine Spanish flavors and amazing ingredients. You can feel the love and passion put into the food. I had the senoritas paella and the oxtail paella. Both were amazing. I can’t wait to have some more!

3 years agoThis is just simply a delight all around. From the well thought out packaging, the beautiful presentation of each paella to their amazing flavors. I’m not particularly a paella lover, but I can’t wait to eat this traditional paella again! It is by far the best product all around I have seen in Miami for a long time.
